Guess who just jogged for 2 miles?!
Lemme tell y’all about this couch to 5k… It’s an app to ease you into running. I hate running. It was always so hard…. But this app has made everything easy. It warms you up with a 5 min brisk walk then it alternates between walking/jogging for minute and a half for brisk walking and a minute jogging. As you go further in your workouts your walking time becomes less and your jogging time becomes more, as the weeks go by… I wasn’t dying or in pain. I felt good! So if you’re with @operationgetchose (or in my case operation stay selected! Haaaaaay bew) then get you a piece!
